Accuracy of the numbers

The ranges shown by the calculator and referenced in the guides come from our own pricing model, built from typical inspector pricing patterns nationally. They are estimates, not quotes, and a specific inspector's price in your area can land outside those ranges. Get a written quote from a licensed inspector before relying on any figure from this site.

Quote links and other outbound links

Some links on this site connect you with local inspectors or other service providers, and a few of those pay us a referral fee if you end up hiring someone through them. That arrangement never changes what you are quoted or charged.
